How do I book an appointment?
You can book anytime through our online booking page. If you’re unsure which service to choose or want to talk things through first, you’re always welcome to call or text us at 647-922-6378. We’re here to help and happy to chat.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We’re an appointment-only studio, but you’re welcome to call or text to check same-day availability. We can’t promise a spot, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate when we can.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you’re running a little behind, feel free to call or text so we can try to adjust. If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show, since we work one-on-one and need the full session time for each dog.
What should I know about cancelling or rescheduling?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. You can make changes through our online booking or by messaging us.
